George Life is currently a PhD student in the Poetics Program at the University at Buffalo. Excerpts from a companion manuscript, Precarity, have appeared or are forthcoming in Berkeley Poetry Review, Blackbox Manifold, Hambone, and elsewhere. He is also working on a mixed genre project involving a translation of the late poems of Du Fu, an excerpt from which has appeared recently in Circumference.
