Alison Rumfitt is a Brighton based transgender poet who unironically has decided to self-identify as avant-garde despite the protests of thousands. In 2018 she was (twice) nominated for the Rhysling Award for speculative poetry, appeared in Glass Poetry under 'Poets Resist', has read at the Hi Zero poetry night, and the Sussex Poetry Festival.
